导师简介

Luu Anh Tuan is an Assistant Professor at School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. Before that, he was a postdoctoral fellow at MIT CSAIL and a member of the Natural Language Processing group under the supervision of Prof. Regina Barzilay from 2018 to 2020. He obtained Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 2016 under the supervision of Prof. Siu Cheung Hui (NTU) and Prof. See Kiong Ng (NUS). From 2016 to 2018, he was a research scientist at Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore in the Natural Language Processing group of Dr. Jian Su.

His research interests lie in the intersection of artificial intelligence and natural language processing with the focus on applications of natural language understanding, semantics, question & answering, information extraction and knowledge construction, sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems.

I am having a PhD scholarship in National University of Singapore, woking in the topics of Knowledge Graph construction, Question Answering, and Recommendation Systems.

招生要求

The students should have a Bachelor/Master degree with good academic score, have previous research experience in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning (having publications in top tier conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML or AAAI will be a plus).
If the bachelor degree is not in English environment, the student should have English/IELTS score and a minimum GRE score of 320.
