全栈工程师
▌工作职责
Develop an intelligent support troubleshooting system.
Communicate with product development team/product support team and work out the best solution for troubleshooting customer issues.
Collect and analyze data feedback from the systems.
Develop and improve the intelligent support troubleshooting system continuously by requirement from stakeholders.▌任职资格
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field, and at least 3 years of experience in software development or equivalent work experience
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including React or Vue.
Solid knowledge of either one of backend programming such as Nodejs, GoLang, C++, Python
Fast learning. Teamwork spirit. Capable of working under pressure.
Familiar with MySQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL .
Software development experience in scripting language (Python, Lua, etc.).岗位二
运维开发工程师
▌工作职责
As a team contributor that co-work with Developers and co-responding Service DevOps team to deliver quick and qualified delivery to SaaS customers
Design, implement and adjustment CI/CD for services owned
Build or enhance monitoring and alerting for services owned
Analysis UBT data for user behavior changes and provide intelligence for team to enhance the service development

We are looking for quick learner, good communicator, technical-driven geek, self-motivated engineer.
Bachelor degree or above majored in Computer Science related
Having SaaS development/QA/DevOps experiencesGood reading and writing skills in English
Be familiar with public cloud solution such as AWS/Azure is a plus
Be familiar with industry popular CI/CD process/infra is a plus
Be familiar with scripting language (Python or others) or software test automation is a plus

SaaS 开发工程师
▌工作职责
Design, implement and ship features with high-quality SaaS service on Cloud to solve real customer problems
Contribute in SRS/design/coding/review/unit testing/training in whole project development lifecycle
Analyze and resolve customer problems by co-working with internal stakeholders or customers▌任职资格

Bachelor degree or above majored in Computer Science relatedHaving programming experience with at least one language such as Java, C/C++, Golang, Node.js, or C# including object-oriented design, database, and cache technology

Be familiar with multi-tier distributed systems, or experience with REST API development, or event-driven architectures is a plus
Knowledge or experience developing secure code and/or working in a security space is a plus

▌工作职责
As a team contributor that co-work with internal stakeholder including technical and marketing staff to plan, design, execute, and operate manual/automation testing
Create and build-up required testing infra, automation testing, and tool based on business needed
